These terms govern access to the Vokun Roleplay website, Discord community, and related services.

Acceptance of Terms

  • By using Vokun Roleplay services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and published community rules.
  • If you do not agree, you should not access or use our services.

Service Availability

  • We may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time, with or without notice.
  • Access may be suspended for maintenance, security, moderation, or operational reasons.

User Responsibilities

  • You must comply with applicable law and all Vokun Roleplay rules.
  • Harassment, hate speech, malicious conduct, and evasion of moderation actions are prohibited.
  • Exploits, unauthorized automation, and attempts to disrupt platform integrity are prohibited.
  • You must be 18+ to use our services.

Donations

Support for Vokun Roleplay is provided through voluntary Patreon donations. Donations are not purchases, do not transfer ownership, and are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

Intellectual Property

Vokun Roleplay branding, site content, and original materials remain the property of HF Games and/or their licensors. You may not reuse content beyond normal community participation without permission.

Third-Party Rights

Vokun Roleplay is not affiliated with Bethesda Softworks or ZeniMax Media. The Elder Scrolls® and Skyrim® are trademarks of their respective owners.

Disclaimer

  • Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, HF Games and Vokun Roleplay are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from service use. Total liability is limited to the amount, if any, paid by you to us in the 12 months before the claim.

Account Actions

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for rule violations, security concerns, abuse, or legal compliance requirements.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales (United Kingdom), without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
